Returns:

We accept returns within 7 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Certain products, such as personalized products, used items, are exempt from being returned.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange an item for another size, color, or product, please follow the return procedure and place a new order for the desired item.

Latika reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds if the product shows signs of misuse or damage beyond normal wear and tear.

Any items returned that do not meet the return criteria will be shipped back to the customer at their own cost.
